Tim recently married his wife Laura who is an amazing chef. When not at work he can be found sampling one of Laura’s newest creations, attending a Jays game, or watching football with Brad.

Geoffrey Taylor assumed the role as Director of Portfolio Management and Head of Trading for IPC Private Wealth since July, 2016. Geoff has been involved with IPC Private Wealth since its launch in 2009, in various roles with the team. Most recently, Geoff was a member of the portfolio Construction team, working with Advisors to help them devise portfolio solutions for their clients.
Geoff has over 20 years experience in the investment industry. Prior to assuming his role with IPC Private Wealth, he was with a national full service boutique investment dealer for number of years where he headed the portfolio advisory group and was responsible for helping advisors in their relationships with high value investors. Previously, Geoff was an Advisor as part of a high net worth investment team at a major bank-owned investment firm. Additionally, he has held other advisory, trading and investment banking positions with various large Canadian bank-owned securities dealers and investment counsel firms.
Geoffrey is a CFA Charterholder and holds the Canadian Investment Manager (CIM) designation, along with numerous industry courses. Geoff has held the CFA designation since 2001 and the CIM designation since 1997. Geoff is registered with IIROC as a Portfolio Manager and as a Registered Representative.

Joel assumed the role as Portfolio Strategist with IPC Private Wealth in July, 2016. As a Portfolio Strategist Joel is a member of the Portfolio Construction team, working with Advisors to help them devise portfolio solutions for their clients.
Joel has over 10 years of experience in the investment industry. Prior to assuming his role as a Portfolio Strategist he spent time in various roles of the industry with Investment Planning Counsel. Previously he spent time as an Investment Advisor working with client families, he has supported Advisors in a sales and coaching role as a Regional Manager, and spent time with the Portfolio Management team as a Portfolio Analyst.
Joel has held the Chartered Investment Manager (CIM®) designation since 2010, and has completed numerous other industry courses.
Leanne is a partner at Madorin, Snyder LLP, having joined the firm in 1998. Madorin, Snyder is a full service law firm, serving clients throughout the Kitchener/Waterloo area and beyond for the last 60 years.
Her practise includes estate planning, estate administration and assisting clients with substitute decision making, and mental capacity planning through the use of Powers of Attorney. In addition to estates, her practice includes all areas of family law. Leanne enjoys serving on the panel for the Office of the Children’s Lawyer.
Raised in Salford, Ontario, Leanne spent the first 18 years of her life doing “chores” on a dairy operation. Leanne attended the University of Waterloo and graduated in 1993 with an honours B.E.S. Cooperative in Geography/Geology. She attended law school at the University of Ottawa, graduating cum laude, and spent three winters skating to school on the canal.
Leanne supports many local charitable and community organizations. She is the past President and past board member of Big Brothers, Big Sisters of Waterloo Region. She is a past President and a long service board member of the Family and Children’s Services of Waterloo Region. She also volunteers with her children’s lacrosse, hockey and baseball teams. Leanne, her husband and two busy children reside in Kitchener.

Julia has been a full-time Mortgage Agent for over six years. She started her career at Concierge Mortgage Group- network partner of Invis/ Mortgage Intelligence and just recently became a part of a local team of like-minded professionals at Invis Inc.
Julia got her start in the banking industry with TD Canada Trust and worked in a number of roles over her 6 years there. In her last 3 years at TD she was a Financial Services Representative and it was through that role that she learned how to help clients address their day to day banking, investment and financing needs. That experience gives her a unique perspective which allows her to provide well-rounded advice to her mortgage clients.
Working as a Mortgage Agent, Julia has access to a variety of different lenders (big banks included) which helps her come up with customized solutions for each and every client. Julia is proud of the service she provides her clients and finds joy when she is truly able to help a client save money or gain understanding around the biggest debt most of them will ever take on, their mortgage.
Kitchener-Waterloo has been Julia’s home her entire life and she enjoys giving back to her community by participating on various charity committees supporting local organizations. In 2016 Julia became a mother and loves the adventures her new role as “Mom” have taken her on so far. When she is not keeping busy with work or her daughter, she takes piano lessons, enjoys walking her dogs and spending time with friends and family at home and at her cottage.
