Laurie has been in the financial services industry for over 16 years. Her depth of experience in the financial industry assists in providing comprehensive service to all of their clients.
As Chief Experience Officer, Laurie builds, implements and monitors client friendly processes to ensure excellent client service and an excellent client experience for their clients. In her role she oversees the client service area and customer care. She is personally responsible for establishing new client relationships and guiding their client’s progress through their financial planning process, The Journey to Meaningful Significance. Her passion for people and commitment to excellence are apparent in her interactions with their clients.
When not at work you will find Laurie going for coffee with friends, hanging out with her three children and husband Brad, reading or volunteering with youth.
