Client Experience Coordinator

Dayna has been working in customer service since 2011. She is studying Business Administration – Financial Planning at Conestoga College and is looking forward to completing her program and graduating.

As a Client Experience Coordinator, Dayna is responsible for administrative support and client service. Her knowledge gained at Conestoga College and her customer service experience is essential to her role on our team. Her depth of customer service was gained by many years of volunteering with the elderly and working in retail & hospitality. She is engaging, energetic and excited to be part of the Advice First team who help clients reach their goals.

Dayna is passionate about learning and is constantly striving to better her knowledge and skills within the financial industry. When not at the office, you can find Dayna at school or studying, and spending time with friends and family.
